Our Expectations
In order to provide maximal value for both our clients and our consultants, we expect our clients to adhere to certain guidelines of behavior that we simultaneously set for ourselves.
Communication - We expect communication to be relatively prompt to respect the time and value of our clients as well as our consultants.
Engagement - We expect our clients and consultants to stay engaged with one another throughout the semester to help make sure there is active participation from both groups in order to deliver impact from our projects.
Respect - We expect everyone on our team to treat our clients with respect and vice versa so that we can create a welcoming environment to best deliver impact.
