As a new consultant in 180, you’ll undergo a semester-long training program, which will familiarize you with some of our past work and get you up to speed on the skills you need to contribute to your first project.
At the same time, you’ll be actively staffed on a project alongside 4-5 other consultants of varying experience levels, providing services for a local nonprofit. For more information about the type of work we do, please see the client-facing side of our site.
